Returns & Exchanges

CANCELLATION POLICY

We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible, therefore please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Where items have already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy below.

In the case of made to order and bespoke jewellery, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of ordering for a refund to be offered.

RETURNS POLICY – PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE ORDERING.

We hope you will be delighted with your piece of ‘Paula Aspinall’ jewellery.
However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund on items showing as ‘Ready to ship’, provided your return is compliant with the terms below.

Please check the ‘Exemptions’ section carefully before placing your order as many products on the website fall into this category and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the return/exchange. Please await our approval and instructions before posting your return as unapproved packages may be returned to you.

Jewellery must be returned in perfect, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Items are returned at the buyer’s own cost and risk, so we highly recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and fully insure the shipment against loss or damage. Postage will only be refunded to you if an incorrect item has been sent or in the case of an error on our part.

EXEMPTIONS

Please note that earrings are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for reasons of hygiene.

All personalised/made to order/bespoke items are non-refundable/exchangeable. Sales on all of these items are final. We are a small company working mainly on a ‘made to order’ basis. This avoids overproduction but is also a financial necessity for a company of this size and we appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on items which have been damaged by the wearer either intentionally or accidentally or due to normal wear and tear. If you require support with the repair of a damaged piece, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help; this includes the restoration of gold vermeil pieces which have begun to lose their original shine.

Some pieces of ‘Paula Aspinall’ jewellery have small holes and/or areas of thinness; these are an intentional part of the character of the jewellery and are not considered a flaw or fault in the piece itself.

Kindly note, all pieces in the ‘La Vie en Rose’ collection, have been cast directly from real rose petals through the process of lost wax casting, meaning every piece is unique. Each petal has been chosen carefully by the designer. Any and all imperfections, including tiny holes and areas of thinness, are considered an inherent part of its beauty and are in no way considered a fault or flaw.

REFUNDS

Please note that all returns are subject to approval checks. Once your parcel has been received by us and approved, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Your bank may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable and any customs taxes/charges payable on return of the goods ordered internationally will be payable by the customer and deducted from the total refund. Please see our Terms and Conditions for important information regarding international returns.
